The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG is an entrance examination in India, for students who wish to study any graduate medical course (MBBS/ dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD/ MS) in government or private medical colleges in India.

There is a bit of change in the exam pattern of NEET and AIIMS.
AIIMS is a little difficult to crack as compared to NEET.
In AIIMS, apart from physics, chemistry and biology, there is a section of general knowledge and time given in NEET is 3 hours but in AIIMS, its 3 and a half hours.
Some other changes may occur by time and you can appear for both after completing class 12th in PCB.
