Quantity of time doesn't matter but the quality of study matters a lot. Generally, AIIMS aspirants study 6 hours in minimum continuously for 2 years.

AIIMS is one of the toughest entrance in medical field. This is an exam, which has equal marks for all chapters like 60 each in PCB. Jipmer is considered next to AIIMS in the hierarchy. I think, there are 2 campus and NEET is the entrance for other medical colleges.

For that you should concentrate more on NCERT's biology. To get marks above 500 you can do the following:
Attempt 25 questions in physics. 20*4 equals to 80 and then 40 in chemistry.
