For minority category students, 40% is the required percentage in class 12th to appear for NEET exam.

You can apply for all India quota counselling if you are eligible for it. Otherwise, you can go for your state counselling. They will tell you about the government or deemed medical institute according to your marks scored in NEET exam.

Yes, you can get admission as last year's AFMC (MBBS) cut off (minimum marks scored in NEET to be called for interview) was 498 marks out of 720 for boys and 536 marks out of 720 for girls. So, you need to score around this.

The starting date to fill the online application form of NEET exam is 21st of December 2016 and the last date is 22nd of January 2017.

NEET has nothing to do with AIIMS. AIIMS has its own entrance exam in which you need 150 out of 200 marks to get admission.
