Hi Yogesh,
The eligibility conditions for BAMS course is:
Generally, only 12th Science stream + Biology group students are eligible to apply for this course. In most cases, the minimum marks criteria for admission is 50% marks in the 12th Board examinations. The selection to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery degree course is based on the marks secured in the final merit list, I.e. total marks aggregated in the entrance exam and the final result of 10+2 taken together.
As per the notification, the NEET score would be compulsory for 2018 session and onwards.

Dear Amruta Somani Mam,
Yes, there is a chance to get admission for BAMS in CSSMS. Let's hope for the best Mam. But Ma'am, my suggestion is that you can try to pursue BHMS. Because BHMS is better than BAMS. Wish you all the best Amruta Mam!

In private medical colleges, there is no certain pre-defined criterion on the basis of which admissions are to be done. They vary from state to state and from college to college. You will have to see the application process for colleges separately in order to have clarity.
