If you are scoring less in NEET, you can either wait for the next year or you can join any other medical courses like BAMS BHMS BVSc etc.

For admission into BDS courses in government dental college, you need a All India Rank around 15000. Below this rank, it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government dental college.
