Yes, you are very much eligible as NIOS is an approved institute under ministry of HRD , government of India and at par with any state and central board like CBSE and ICSE. You have to clear senior secondary with minimum 5 subjects including physics chemistry biology and English with minimum 50 percent mark in order to be eligible.

The CCH, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India directed all the states authorities to take the admission in BHMS, BAMS and BUMS courses through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET).

The expected cut-off mark for admission into BHMS courses for general category students is around 300. Below this score, you may not be getting any college.

There's no such news or official notification that eligibility percentage required for NEET would increase from 50 to 60. Go through the NCERTs properly.
