Yes, you are very much eligible as NIOS is an approved institute under ministry of HRD , government of India and at par with any state and central board like CBSE and ICSE. There's no such news or official notification that eligibility percentage required for NEET would increase from 50 to 60. Go through the NCERTs properly.
