It does not matter that you've done B.Tech from which university only you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria which are specified by that company. As you said that you have done B.Tech in Electrical, then you can apply for Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited, Bharat Electronics Ltd. etc. Even BEL has just released some applications for Engineers.
