No, Namdev Surve Law College admissions are not merit-based. The college selects students on an entrance basis. As per the web, students have to appear for the MHCET Law exam to get selected.

ASM Nextgen Technical Campus admissions are both merit and entrance-based. This depends on the programme selected. For B.E and MCA courses, students have to appear for the accepted exam. While, BCA admissions are merit-based.
