No, MET IIT admission process for Diploma programme is strictly entrance based and candidate must appear for CET exam. The institute requires valid CET scores and minimum eligibility requirements to be met for the candidature to be considered for admission.

The minimum eligibility for MCA at MET Institute of Information Technology is graduating from a recognised University with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation and minimum of 50% aggregate marks for open category and 45% for reserved category. The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting CET scores for the same.

MET Institute of Information Technology, Bandra West considers graduation and post-graduation results for admission to any course at the Institute. Moreover, the Institute does not consider any exam for admission, except the CCAT test which is a Common Admission Test housed by MET IIT Bandra West. The final admissions will be sorted on the basis of CCAT results and the final seat allotment will be conducted once the candidates pay the fees.
