You would need to apply for the waiting list, and in the 2nd or 3rd round of councelling you could get the above mentioned branches. You won't be able to get the branches of automobile engineering, electrical and electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, and branches like computer Science, electronics and communications, computer and communication, information technology are not to be considered. It would be better if you apply for the second and third attempts of MU-OET and prepare well for those and try and give your best, and you will easily get better marks then. (You could easily get these engineering branches in Manipal University, Jaipur or Sikkim Manipal University, if you want to, but the quality of education would not be better than it is here, in MIT, Manipal. )

General Category: Based on the marks obtained in Manipal Entrance Test 2018, Manipal Academy of Higher Education will declare a list of candidates in the order of merit on or before 11.05.2018 in the website. Foreign/NRI Category: A separate merit list of the applicants under the Foreign/NRI category will be prepared based on marks obtained at the qualifying examination and those selected for admission will be informed separately.
