The candidates should have completed their 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. General category candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th standard examination.

Hello Om, As per the eligibility conditions, they require only a pass in the board exams and not any specific scores. Hence you are eligible for the counseling. To know more about MHT CET you may refer the link below :

Hello Chetan, If you don't have the eligibility marks in board exams, you cannot attend the official counseling conducted by them only. You can apply for other colleges which doesn't ask for more board exam scores. As well as you can apply for colleges with your board exam scores alone.

Hello Chetan,
Since there are a minimum marks based on your categories that are ought to be scored, if you do not satisfy them, then you cannot get admission through the official counseling conducted by those universities only. However, you can apply for other colleges that don't ask for more board exam scores. As well as you can apply for colleges with your board exam scores alone.

Here are few colleges that I had filled out at my time of JEE. You might or might not be eligible for all of them, but you should think of them while applying.
Pune: COEP, VIT, PICT, VIIT, SIT, D Y Patil, PCCOE, SIT
Mumbai: VJTI, SP, KJ, VIT, LT, for Rodrigues
Nashik: KKW (A good college under Pune University)

A student must obtain 50% marks in PCM+ English in class 12th with OBC +PWD to have 45% marks. This is what official site shows. I am sure if 45% is for OBC, then it should be same for other reserved categories as well. I feel you need not worry. Best wishes.
