MTech admission at MIT Academy of Engineering is entrance-based. The institute accepts GATE scores to provide M.Tech admission to eligible applicants. Seats are allocated through the Common Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the MHT DTE. Candidates are required to clear the MITAOE Mtech cut-off to secure admission in addition to fulfilling the course-specific eligibility criteria. Hence, getting direct admission to the two-year M.Tech programme may not be possible. However, candidates can contact the MITAOE admission authorities for exact information.

Yes, a full-time Master of Technology or MTech is available at MIT Academy of Engineering. It is a PG-level course lasting two years. Admission to M.Tech course at the college is primarily entrance-based. The institute offers two M.Tech specialisations: Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering. These specialisations are offered in affiliation with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU UniPune). All the engineering courses offered at MITAOE are AICTE-approved.

Students can choose their desired specialisation between M.Tech in Computer Engineering and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. The eligibility of MIT Academy of Engineering Alandi MTech programme requires the candidates to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology (45% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only). The selection however, depends on the GATE score.
