MITCORER Barshi offers a four year BTech course for candidates interested in the field of engineering and Science. Candidates who clear the admission process must pay the course fee to secure their seat at the BTech course. The fee structure for BTech is divided into four parts or four instalments. The college accepts fee payment at a yearly basis. The total course fee for the four year course is INR 3.82 lakh.

The highest package offered at MITCORER Barshi duering the 2024 placement season was INR 11.4 lakh. Meanwhile, the average package during the placement season was INR 4.4 lakh.
