Yes, diploma holders in Computer Science can take lateral entry into 2nd year of B.Tech/B.E. in CSE. You need at least 45–50% marks and must qualify a state-level lateral entry exam like LEET, JELET, or ECET. Admission is based on rank and counseling in the respective state.

My one friend recently inquired about the cutoff so there are two ways of getting admission in MIT either via MHTCET or PERACET it depends which exam you have given I will be writing down the percentile requirements below:

MHTCET : 60%ile

PERACET : 80%ile

Those were the cutoff requirements told to my friend
