Up until May 27, 2024, applicants could apply to the MIT ADT University Pune's School of Computing for a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering if they received a score of 90% or more in PERA or 55% in JEE and CET.

In order to be admitted to their selected branch, students must pass the university's online entrance exam with a score of at least 85%. Students who perform well on the CET may also be able to get scholarships worth up to 80,000 rupees.

MIT School of Computing offers decent placements annually to its BTech, MTech and MSc students. In 2024, more than 600 recruiters visited the campus and presented over 1300 job offers to the batch 2024. The highest and average package offered to the batch 2024 was INR 61 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA.

The highest package offered to the 2024 passing-out batch was INR 61 LPA. Earlier, the highest package for the 2023 drive stood at INR 58 LPA. Looking at the past three years' data, a fluctuating trend was recorded in the MIT SOC highest package, which is depicted below:

MIT School of Computing has a multi-step admission process which students need to follow to get into the college. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). The total fee for MSc is INR 2.23 lakh. The fee, includes tuition fee, development fee, university fee, medical insurance, uniform, convocation, alumni charges and holistic development fee. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for each course is INR 1,500.

Yes, admission to integrated M.Tech course is based on PERA CET, JEE Main, MHT CET or Uni-GAUGE score. The school releases a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted aspirants will recieve a mail for admission confirmation. Selected candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the school.
