MIT University Pune is a private college, located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It was previously called as MIT World Peace University. The college was established by the Maharashtra State Legislature under the MIT World Peace institution Act, 2017. This act provided rcognition to MIT Pune, and became an autonomous, self-funded institution.
The college has the authority to create and provide a wide range of course. These are UG, PG and Doctoral programmes under various fields like engineering, management, arts, and science, among others.

In order to get admission to MIT-WPU MBA course, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place before applying for this course. The minimum eligibility is to pass graduation in any stream from a recognised board. Admission to MBA at MIT-WPU is entirely entrance-based.
