The eligibility criteria for to MMC (Master of Mass Communication) course are as follows:
- The candidate must have completed their graduation from a recognised university with at least 50% - 60% aggregate marks.
- The candidate's age should not be more than 30 years at the year of admission.
- The candidate should have a good command of English language.
- The candidate should have a keen interest in mass communication and media.
In addition to the above, some colleges may also have their own specific eligibility criteria, such as requiring a minimum of 55% or 60% aggregate marks, or requiring the candidate to have passed a qualifying entrance exa

Yes, 223 rank in IP CET Test 2018 in Masters in mass communication is good and you can easily get admission in a good college under IP, you just have to wait for the cut-offs.

Yes, any graduated student can apply for the Master's degree in NIMC, the application fee is Rs 500 and the total course fee is Rs 98,000.
