Eligibility requirements for to MMC that is also popularly known as Master of Mass Communication are mentioned below -
- Completed graduation from a recognised university with 50% - 60% aggregate marks.
- Age should not be more than 30 years at the time of admission.
- The students should have a good command over the English language.
- The students should have interest in mass communication and media.

Yes, 223 rank in IP CET Test 2018 in Masters in mass communication is good and you can easily get admission in a good college under IP, you just have to wait for the cut-offs.

Yes, any graduated student can apply for the Master's degree in NIMC, the application fee is Rs 500 and the total course fee is Rs 98,000.
