MMS Eligibility

The selection criteria for the MMS course at MGM Institute of Management Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai are based mainly on the performance of candidates in MHT-CET or the CAT/CMAT/GMAT scores, whereas the applicants must also meet the minimum eligibility requirements, that being holding a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved categories). The selected candidates are then called for a round of personal interviews and group discussions, which communicate the overall personality of the candidate besides assessing aptitude and communication skills. Final selection is based on the overall performance in these rounds.

• Educational Background: You should have a degree from a recognised university with a minimum score of 50% (45% for categories).
• Admission Test Scores: It is essential to achieve scores on entrance exams like the MAH CET, CAT, CMAT or an equivalent. The MAH CET is the most recognised test and a high percentile is necessary for admission.
• Residency Preference: While it is not mandatory for MAH CET applicants having residency in Maharashtra is encouraged.
  Work Experience While not a requirement prior work experience can improve your application.

Eligibility criteria for Masters in Management Studies (MMS) programme at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Management Studies and Research (SVIMS), Mumbai are as follows:

1. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a subject with at least 50% marks (45% marks in reserved classes)
2. Applicants must pass one of the following entrance exams: ATMA, CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or any other entrance exam accepted by the institute.
3. Awarded candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The selection criteria for admission to MMS programme of SVIMS is based on merit and entrance exams and after that the candidates require counseling and allotment of seats.

A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution with at least 50% of the required subjects is required to be eligible for Kohinoor Business School's (KBS) Master of Management Studies (MMS) programme. Required to have taken and passed one or more of the following standardised management entrance exams: MMS CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or XAT. Depending on how competitive the application pool is, the minimum percentile criterion could change from year to year.
