You can go for a short-term course in mobile app development.
You can choose Android/iOS based on your area of interest.

You should go for B.Tech or BCA course and you can select the field in which you are interested like Mobile technology. You can do your B.Tech in same field. Thanks.

Mobile app developer are those who develop apps for mobile and continue make modification in it. You will get mobile app developer job by doing B.Tech or B.E from CS or IT or doing mobile app development course by any good institutions.
