Hi Akash,
The foremost thing to do before becoming a freelance model is creating a photo-profile. You must cover a huge range of what all you can look like. In various dresses representing various segments of people, giving a variety of expressions.
Further, follow the below process:
1) Use a model management agency
2) Stay active on Facebook & other social networking groups for models.
3) Create a profile on websites that have modelling opportunities.
4) Get in touch with photographers. They sometimes have access to modelling opportunities

You could enrol in the courses offered by
National School of Drama , Delhi.
This would provide you with both a degree as well as enough exposure for your career in the field of acting.
Or you can pursue mass communication courses as well.

Dear Meghna,
All these career options are very different from one another. I would suggest you go for a professional career and opt for any for these as a simultaneous career. This will help you decide that whether you actually want any of these careers as your full-time career or not.
Take up anything you are good at. And make a career into the same.
