The admission process is merit-based, where candidates are selected based on their performance in their qualifying examinations, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent. Mohanlal Sukhadia University application process starts in May every year. For 2024-25 admission, MLSU application forms are available on May 2, 2024 for Law programmes. Below are the details about BA LLB (5 Years entrance integrated course), LLB, LLM courses application dates:

For BTech eligibility at MLSU, candidates must have passed Class 12 in PCM with at least 45% aggregate. Admission is given on the basis of JEE main entrance exam score followed by REAP counselling. The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) conducts Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process for admission to BTech courses in various participating institutes of Rajasthan. REAP 2024 dates will be announced in June.

MLSU passing percentage for professional courses like MBA, MCA and BCA shall be 40% in individual papers and 50% in aggregate. In addition to this, candidate shall also be required to pass in external examination by scoring a minimum of 40% in each paper at Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
