Step 1: Visit the official website of Gandhigram Rural Institute at ruraluniv.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the Admission 2023- 2024 button.
Step 3: On the next page, click on CUET courses
Step 4: In the next step, check for the ongoing counselling
Step 5: Click on the counselling round to get directed to a new page with the list of courses
Step 6: Select the course and click on Click Here button
Step 7: On the next page, check for name, date of reporting, venue and fees

No. The authorities of CoA will not prepare the NATA merit list. Since no common counselling process is conducted for the qualified candidates, there is no need for a NATA merit list. The qualified candidates will be required to apply individually to their preferred colleges. The merit list for admissions will be prepared by the colleges for their separate BArch admission process. The candidates are advised to carefully check the eligibility and admission criteria for admission into their preferred institute.

I don't think you can do that because if you are not listing other colleges in your application, you can't get admission there. NTA shares candidates' scores with the universities they selected during the application process.

As of August 13, 2023, GD Goenka University has released 3 merit lists for the academic year 2023-2024. The first merit list was released on July 25, 2023, the second merit list was released on August 1, 2023, and the third merit list was released on August 8, 2023.
