Moodlakatte Institute of Technology (MIT) Kundapura offers a dedicated Training and Placement Department that assists students in securing positions with reputable companies. The department provides pre-placement training programs aimed at enhancing students' skills and preparing them for the corporate environment. In the 2021-22 academic year, the engineering programme at MIT Kundapura saw 85 out of 102 students successfully placed, indicating a placement rate of approximately 83%. 

 Prominent recruiters include Infosys, IBM, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra, among others.
