The fee structure for a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Mount Mary College includes: 
Semester fee: INR 6,000
LMS/ICT fee: INR 1,000 every two years
Event fee: INR 1,000 every year
Mentoring fee: INR 500 every year
Department activities fee: INR 1,000 every year
NU fee: INR 100 once
Student union fee: INR 200 every year
ID/library card: INR 200 every year

Tuition fees must be paid in installments, and the first installment or three months' tuition fees must be paid during admission. Tuition fees must be paid on or before the 10th of the given month or the last date mentioned. A fine of INR 50 per day will be imposed if the tuition fee is not paid on time.
