No, the university does not conduct any entrance tests for MSW course admission. Admission to the PG-level course is merit-based. Hence, the aspirant's merit in the UG degree is taken into consideration. Additionally, it is also compulsory that the students meet the eligibility criteria.

BAOU accepts admission to either first or second year of the course. Those taking admission in the first year should have a UG degree. While for those taking admission in the second year, a PGD in social work after graduation from a recognised university is needed.
