The Apex Institute of Multimedia maintains a general refund policy regarding the fees, although the conditions would depend greatly on the kind of circumstance and the program.
Most of the educational institution has refund policies which normally are guided through certain set conditions for example the time of cancellation or withdrawal.
For example, should you decide to withdraw within a time-frame upon admission into the course, there would probably be a partial refund. However, should it be later that you decide to withdraw during the course of the academic session, the refund would not be significant or entirely not applicable.

As per the official website of Gurugram University, a total od 20 seats are reserved for the BSc in Animation and Multimedia programme. The university allots seats once the counselling rounds are done. There are two physical counseling rounds conducted for seat allocations. Candidates with a valid qualification and CUET scores are eligible to participate in the counselling rounds.
