Hello Prithvipal,
These days almost every University is offering distance education program. However, IGNOU has no real competition presently. They have centers across India. I suggest you download brochure cum application form, go through it and then decide. About distance education program of Mysore University, not much is known. But I am sure, it must be reasonably good since Mysore University has good reputation.
