IIIT Nagpur CSE cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BTech CSE course for various All India categories. For the General AI category, the first and last round closing cutoff 25974 and 35506.

IIIT Nagpur releases several rounds of cutoff to fill the seats in the different specialised BTech courses at its campus. The cutoff for the BTech courses released by the college vary from course to course.

There are no direct admisisions to the BTech programme of IIIT Nagpur. The only entrance exam that is accepted for admission is JEE Mains. The admission take place through JoSAA/CSAB counselling process.

In 2025, the JEE Main cut off for IIIT Lucknow was 15554 whereas the JEE Main cut off for IIIT Nagpur was 38221. Therefore, based on the past year trend, it can be said that getting a seat in IIIT Lucknow requires a better JEE rank which makes it getting a seat at IIIT Lucknow more difficult.

The IIIT Nagpur college policy does not explicitly mention reservation of seats in the college for women for the BTech program. The college follows the government policy guidelines for category based reservations.

Yes, a student can apply for change of branch of BTech programme in IIIT Nagpur but only after completing the first year. The branch change is granted strictly in order of merit. No swap or mutual exchange of students is allowed. Only the students who have attained CGPA score of 8.5 and have not received W or FF grade are eligible to apply for change in branch.
The change in branch is subject to the limitation that the actual number of students in the 3rd semester should not exceed the sanctioned strength of that particular course and the strength of the course from which the transfer is made does not fall below 90% of the existing stre
