Hi S,
As your score is low in JEE Mains paper 2. You should go for good private colleges like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, Sharda University, etc. You can get admission in these colleges easily. Best of luck.

Yes, a student can join Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering - DSCE - B.Arch through JEE paper 2 exams along with 12th score without writing NATA too.

No, NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture. Council of Architecture does not release a rank list, it just announces the result. The regional exam authorities will announce the rank list state wise for merit seats.
