Yes, with 188 marks in JEE Main Paper 2, a NATA score of 100, and 93.1% in Class 12, your chances of getting admission to B.Arch at LPU are quite strong. Students with similar scores generally meet the eligibility criteria comfortably, and your academic performance is also very good. Based on scores like these, many students also become eligible for scholarships, which can significantly reduce tuition fees. The B.Arch fee at LPU is usually around ₹1.2 lakh to ₹2 lakh per semester before scholarship benefits. Hostel and mess expenses may additionally range from ₹90,000 to ₹1.6 lakh per year depending on room type and facilities

Yeah so, with 194 in JEE Main paper 2 and then 97% in 12th, you are pretty much in the eligible zone for B.Arch admission at LPU, because LPU actually considers JEE Paper-2 ( or NATA ) marks, and for eligibility they set a minimum of 60% in 10+2 with Mathematics , like you are above that. So just go ahead with the online application, upload your JEE Paper-2 score along with your 12th mark sheets, then do the document verification process, after that counselling / seat confirmation, and most likely you'll get the offer letter. Also sometimes students land in merit scholarship brackets based on both your JEE and 12th performance, s

Hi Shahid,
If you are interested only in architecture, then waiting for your NATA result is completely fine because it is one of the important criteria for B.Arch admission at Lovely Professional University. From what I know, LPU offers a good environment for architecture students with design studios, practical projects, workshops and creative learning exposure. I personally feel architecture students at LPU get a good balance of technical knowledge and practical implementation through live assignments and presentations. Once your NATA result is declared, you can easily check your eligibility and proceed with the admission process accor

With a JEE Mains Paper 2 score of 109 and 72% in 12th, securing a B.Arch seat at LPU looks feasible. LPU accepts JEE Paper 2 scores in place of NATA, and your 12th marks exceed the minimum 50% aggregate (with Maths) requirement for eligibility. Apply soon through their portal before the July 31, 2026 deadline to confirm availability based on seats. Strong placements in architecture add value without overlooking other solid options elsewhere.

Students who are planning to appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) should choose a junior college that offers strong academic support in Mathematics along with guidance for architecture entrance preparation.
In Hyderabad, some students prefer junior colleges that focus on strong intermediate academics while allowing time for external NATA coaching or architecture preparation. One option students consider is Sri Amogha Junior College, which focuses on strong intermed
