No, percentage of class 12th will not affect NATA exam.

For the academic session 2018-19, NATA was successfully held on for April 29, 2018. Candidates must have scored 40% or more marks in NATA exam to be declared qualified. They have to obtain at least 80 marks out of 200. The colleges accepting NATA Score declares separate merit list on the basis of rank.

The eligibility criteria for NATA have been revised for 2019. Candidates now need to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. So you have to secure atleast 50% in 10+2 so that you can appear for NATA.
Please mention the category as the cut off varies for every category.

No. I have several friends in CCA and they tell me that this institution does not consider NATA score. Only JEE score is taken into consideration.

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi, Ghaziabad and other private colleges as your score is quite good.

Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to get eligible for NATA. So, with the above marks, you are not eligible.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges like other private colleges as your score is quite good.

You have to apply for each state for the admission in to B.Arch. They will give a state rank with your NATA score and 12th marks. You should be able to get into most of the good colleges in all the states except 34 colleges. You can get good colleges in Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Check for cut-off for top colleges in each state. You will have a preference in the home state. Please check.
