You should have 50% marks in class 12th and 50% in NATA score, minimum to get into architecture. And, that is of 80 score and above. But, to get through Ramaiah, you need around 90% above and rank of 150 minimum.

Jadavpur University, Sushant School of Art, and Ansal University are the decent colleges for B.Arch, but if someone have to choose among these three then Jadavpur University is the best option for an aspirant who wants to join B.Arch course. For admission in Jadavpur University, a student needs to score more than 50% marks in class 12th with maths and physics as a subject and aspirant needs to secure a good rank in WBJEE exam. Hello,
Yes, you can take admission in B.Arch but you should have at least 50% marks in your 10+2 exam and as you score well in NATA, it's a plus point for you.
All the best.

Of course. You need to check the eligibility criteria as below. Candidates now need to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Earlier, candidates needed to study only Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects in 10+2
Students pursuing Humanities courses can also pursue B.Arch provided they take additional exams conducted for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics by CBSE.

As per the new eligibility criteria, you are not eligible for NATA test, but it is wrong eligibility criteria which is not matching with the universities criteria. 50% marks should be in the aggregate and not in an individual subject. I have mailed to COA.
NATA eligibility criteria is technically wrong, no university demands such type of eligible criteria.
