National Architecture Aptitude Test or NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) whereas JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). JEE Main Paper 2 opens the door to NITs and GFTIs offering B.Arch course whereas admission in colleges which are mainly private and colleges under trust. like SPA Delhi and CEPT University Ahmedabad is offered through NATA. You can get admission Naval Architecture courses through JEE Main as well as NATA. You can even get admission through JEE Advanced Exam.
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are one of the toughest exams conducted in India.
For architectural courses, you need to take the JEE Main Paper 2 or the JEE Advanced AAT Exam.
