Hi Ganesh!
You can register through internet by logging on to www.annauniv.edu/tne. The procedure for registration is available on the website. After filling the necessary details, you will need to appear for an entrance exam. The rank that you get in the entrance exam will determine whether you will be allotted a seat in the college or not, and that will be done through the counselling process. If you're eligible for the counselling process, you will be intimated by the university itself.

You could try for counselling but it would be quite difficult as MS University is one of the top institutions for architecture through NATA entrance examination. Your Boards percentage is quite low and you are not having state quota too.

Yes, you may apply. Admission to the B.Arch program of the University will take place through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) of the Government of Gujarat. Therefore, interested candidates will have to follow the procedure of ACPC as per their announcements.

Yes, you can easily get any of the NITs for B.Arch but getting good NITs would be somewhat difficult for you, otherwise, you would definitely get the one till the last round of counselling.
