You may try for the counselling, but it may be quite difficult for you to get admission there, as you are a non-Maharashtrian, but it's really rare situation to not get admission with 116 marks in NATA, but you may try.

The cut-off score varies every year from each category to the other. So, it is difficult to predict the scores. You need to wait till the rank list is released so that, you can know your chances.
