Candidates who have completed their class 12th studies or equivalent studies from a recognised Board. Mathematics should be one of the main subjects. Candidates should have cleared their Class 12th qualifying exams with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates). Diploma holders in relevant discipline. NATA 2026 is being conducted every weekend from April 2026 in two sessions per day. Candidates will be eligible to attempt a maximum of three sessions. In case a candidate appears for more than one session, the best of the scores shall be considered for admission. Candidates can use the best score to apply for admission into the B.Arch courses offered in Kerala.

If the candidates are satisfied with their obtained scores in the first session of NATA 2023, then they can directly apply for admissions into their preferred B.Arch colleges and institutes. However, the candidates are advised to check the previous year's cutoff details to know their Probability for admission. Candidates can always attempt the remaining sessions since the best score will be considered for admission.
