The modes of NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) Jodhpur admission are offline and online. Admission to various popular programmes is based on entrance examination scores and merit. At the undergraduate level, the college offers four-year BDes and B.FTech programmes to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers MFM and various other programmes to students. NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) Jodhpur also provides Continuing Education (CE) programmes to students.

NIFT was originally established in 1996 under the aegis of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. NIFT Jodhpur is one of 17 campuses established under NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology). This college was established in 2010 and offers postgraduate, undergraduate, and Continuing Education (CE) programmes to students. Earlier it was functioning from its temporary campus at Sojati Gate and now it is running from its permanent campus at Karwar. National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Jodhpur was established in 2010 and is a public college. So any student who passes the eligibility criteria can get admission. The students, therefore, need not worry about the fee as the fee is not high. This makes the college's education accessible to all eligible students. NIFT Jodhpur is one of the best Design colleges present in India. A lot of students from outside India also visit this campus for getting vast knowledge which this public college is known for.

The NIFT cut off for 2021 Jodhpur, MFM is 241 for Round 1. The expected cut off for 2022 is assumed to be 467. Although, it is tentative, I would like you to go and visit NIFT official site and wait for its official announcement.

NIFT lateral entry admission (NLEA) is the process through which candidates can secure admission directly in the third semester of UG courses offered at NIFT campuses. Eligibility criteria for NLEA Candidates should have passes Class 10th/ 12th from a recognised board and 3/ 4 years Diploma from AICTE/ AIU/ UGC/ SBTE. The admission are based on the written test, Studio test and Interview conducted by respective NIFT campus. The NLEA registration window of NIFT Jodhpur was open 31.05.2022 and the seat allotment was done on 30.06.2022. So the NLEA admission process of NIFT Jodhpur is almost completed.

NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. So if you plan to get into only NIFT then you do have to give NIFT Entrance Exam but if you plan to apply in many universities then UCEED is a better option as you'll have many university choices and you can get admission on the basis of UCEED score.
