The admission form must be downloaded from the NBN Sinhgad School of Engineering website in order to apply. In addition to a demand draft of INR 1000 made payable to the Sinhgad Technical Education Society, Pune candidates fill out the form and mail it to the institute. Following MHT-CET or JEE Main aspirants register for B.E. through the CAP portal. Candidates for M.E. programs must have a valid GATE score and adhere to the same CAP procedure making sure that all paperwork is turned in accordance with DTE regulations.

The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra oversees the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), which is how applicants can enroll in NBN Sinhgad School of Engineering Candidates must have a minimum 10+2 score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (45% for Maharashtra restricted categories) in order to be considered for B.E. programs. They have to take JEE Main or MHT-CET. Merit-based admissions are used, with 65% of seats going to candidates from Maharashtra, 15% to candidates from all of India, and 20% going to institute-level seats.
