NCHMCT JEE qualifying cut-off varies based on exam difficulty, number of candidates, and seat availability. Generally, top IHMs require higher ranks, while other institutes have lower cut-offs.

The NCHMCT JEE exam centre is allocated based on the preferences selected by the candidate while filling out the application form. The National Testing Agency (NTA) tries to assign a centre in the first preferred city, but allocation depends on availability of seats at that location.

NCHMCT JEE is considered moderate in difficulty. Students who regularly practice maths and reasoning find it manageable. Numerical Ability section can be tricky, while English and Aptitude for Service Sector are usually easier.

A good score in NCHMCT JEE is around 430–450 out of 480 for top IHMs like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru. Scores between 380–420 are also good for reputed hotel management colleges.

Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude section is generally considered the most difficult to prepare for in NCHMCT JEE. It includes mathematical concepts from the 10+2 level: percentages, profit and loss, time-speed-distance, and data interpretation.
