Yes, you can take admission, but you have to clear you supply (compartment) before the month of August otherwise your name is cut.

Yes, there is remaining fees, plus if you are allotting for hostel, then hostel fees is also charged.

You have to withdraw your submitted fees and go for on spot admission.

Admission to the IHMs is through NCHM JEE only. Scholarships are provided to meritorious students. Once you take admission in the college, you can apply for scholarships.
