Yes, you are eligible. The NIOS certificates have equal validity as CBSE and State boards certificates have. However NCHMCT requires English as compulsory subject at 10+2 level. So you have to ensure about this. Eligibility criteria :- A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in
NCHM JEE-2019 on provisional basis.

Yes, there is a 3% reservation for Physically Handicapped/Disabled candidates in various hotel management institutes participating in NCHMCT-JEE-2019 in Undergraduate programs.

Stating how many question should be attempted cant be fair. I think you should go ahead with attempting maximum questions as you can but be careful as there is a penalty of 0.25 mark for incorrect attempt. Reservations are given to caste/category (SC, ST, and OBC). Minority candidates gets aid in financial form (Muslim, Sikh, Bouddha, Jain, Parsi). There are no reservations for minority candidates.
