A 1 cm cut on your little finger should not affect your ability to sit for the NDA (National Defence Academy) exam, as long as it isn't causing any severe pain, infection, or discomfort that would interfere with your focus or performance. The NDA exam primarily involves written tests and physical fitness standards, but a minor cut on your finger should not impact either.
However, if the cut is healing or causing any discomfort, it's always a good idea to keep it clean and avoid any further injury. If there are no other significant health concerns, you should be good to go for the exam.
