As far as I know we all can join NDA after 12th. It means "not below 16". Simply it's not possible.

Hello dear, This is the right time to start your preparation for UPSC NDA as you can appear after your studies are completed but you have to start preparing from this very moment. The National Defence Academy NDA is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academies for further pre-commissioning training.
