Once the NEET SS registration process is successful, NBE sends the login credentials to the registered email ID of the applicant. Candidates must save this email and refer to this if they forget the login credentials. In case they misplace the email as well, they are advised to click on the Forgot User ID/Password tab and then enter their email address and mobile number. A link will be sent for retreiving the username or password. However, candidates are advised to preserve these crucial information right after the generation of the NEET SS credentials.
