Yes, you can participate in AIQ counselling for free seat if, you can bear the fee you can apply through the Meghalaya state quota seat must be allotted on merit base and reservation based.

Select the government colleges first like 10-15 government college in which you like to take admission. All depend on luck don't lose hope till 3rd round, after that you can fill as many as college you want in mopup round.

The declaration of the National Eligibility Entrance Test NEET result is usually followed by NEET counseling for admission into all-India and state-level medical colleges. To register for NEET UG Counseling for Ayurvedic Medical College, you have to follow the following process:
First, visit the official website of AYUSH NEET counseling for all-India counseling and each state's respective website for state AYUSH counseling. Then, click on the UG Counseling tab. After that, you'll SEE the option "New Candidate Registration" select it. Now enter the required details like roll number, NEET registration number, name, etc. You must re-login
