As of now, Nehru Arts and Science College has not released its 2024 placements report. However, the 2023 placement statistics are available. As per the report, the major recruiting companies who participated during Nehru Arts and Science College 2023 placements included TCS, Cognizant, ZIFO, Infosys, Paytm and many others.

As per the NIRF report 2024, the median package offered to BSc students during Nehru Arts and Science College Coimbatore placements 2023 was INR 2.52 LPA. In 2022, the median package offered was INR 2.2 LPA. In the year 2021, the median package of NR 2.85 LPA was offered.

  • 20% - Most Backward Classes (MBC) and Denotified Communities (DNC)
  • 26.5% - Backward Classes (BC) other than BC Muslims

Nehru Arts and Science College BSc curriculum aims for students to understand and analyze technical data to reach actionable conclusions, including technological solutions to the business. Some of the subjects included in the three years course duration are Python Programming, Discrete Mathematics, Practical in Python Programming, Object Oriented Programming with Java, Probability Distributions and Inferential Statistics, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence etc. Most of the semesters contain few open skills based electives.

Nehru Arts and Science College BSc admission is a three-steps process. The first stage begins with applying for the preferred course. There is no submission of documents required at this stage, but the application form does enquire about basic information such as contact details, marks scored in the qualifying examination, address details. After this, candidates are shortlisted based on their merit. Shortlisted students are then invited for a One-to-One meeting with the HOD/Principal of the college. Nehru Arts and Science College makes the selection of students for BSc course based on merit. In order to get an admission in the above mentioned course, the students first must apply via the official website of the college. The admission committee then produces a rank list based on the Class 12 merit of the applicants. After that, the committee shortlists students based on the rank list. Shortlisted students are then called for a One-to-One interview/meeting round with the HOD/Principal/Dean of the college. Later, admit cards are issued to selected students.
