If you are interested in studying Veterinary Science and belong to the SC category, you may be eligible to apply for admission to the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry BVSC & AH) programme through the reserved category. To be eligible for admission, you will need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) and the Andhra Pradesh Veterinary, Animal & Fishery Sciences University (APVAFSU). This includes:
1. You must have passed 10+2 examination with Biology Physics Chemistry and English as the core subjects.
2. You must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. However, for candidates belonging to the SC category, the minimum qualifying marks are relaxed to 40%.
3. After meeting the eligibility criteria, you will need to appear for the counseling process conducted by the APVAFSU.
