The New York Institute of Technology offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degree, Certificate and Diploma programs to international students. International students can apply online for various programs at NYIT through the university online application portal. Once the online application is completed, international students are required to pay a non-refundable $50 application fee. International students can pay the application fee online through a credit card.

Majority of the programs offered by the New York Institute of Technology are taught in English . If you are an international student whose first language is not English then you are required to prove proficiency in the English language. The university accepts all the major English language test scores as proof of proficiency. The minimum English language requirements for international students are such that IELTS (6.0), TOEFL (79), PTE (53), and DET (105). .
