Fee waivers are offered to students if they meet particular criteria. INR 25,000 fee waiver is offered to siblings of alumni and current NU students, children of ex/current NIIT Ltd. employees, including NU, and students domiciled in Rajasthan. Wards of Armed Forces Personnel and OBC/SC/ST category students get a fee waiver of INR 15,000.

NIIT University courses' admissions are based on entrance exam scores. Candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria as per the course requirement. NIIT University offers BTech for a duration of four years. This course is offered in full-time mode across six specialisations. Admission to all the BTech specialisations is entirely entrance specific. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with minimum 60% aggregate with Physics, Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects are eligible to apply for the course. CUET UG 2026 exam dates are tentatively scheduled for May 2026 for NIIT University BSc admission. The NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 in second week of May and CUET 2026 exam will be conducted in May in hybrid mode.

NIIT University BSc admission dates have not been announced by the University yet for the academic year 2024. The application forms for Integrated BSc plus MSc course are out on the University's official website. However, the last date to fill out the application form has not been declared by the University. NIIT University BSc deadline will be announced later by the University.

NIIT University offers BBA course for three-years. The university offers BBA with specialisation in Finance, Banking & Insurance, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing and Family Managed Business. Candidates who have completed Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for BBA.
