The Institute of Technology, Nirma University offers MTech. The course is offered in full-time mode in a span of two-years. The course is offered across 10 specialisations under five departments. Some of the courses are Cyber Security, Data Science, Design Engineering, VLSI Design, etc. The curriculum includes various other subjects also apart from core subjects. Some of the additional subjects are Elective, VAC, Minor, etc.

The Institute of Technology, Nirma University offers M.Tech in full-time mode. The course duration is two-years. The course is further divided into four semesters. Some subjects are common in first semester for CSE (all branches). Common subjects include Data structure and Algorithm, etc. It is mandatory for all students to complete an internship in last year/semester.

ITNU provides scholarships to students on the basis of merit. The merit is decided on GATE or BTech score. Scholarship is provided to students of every branch. A monthly stipend of INR 12,400/month is given to first nine GATE qualified students. Other students get a monthly stipend of INR 8000/month. However, the scholarship is continued only until students maintain 6 or above CGPA in every semester. If a student fails to do so, their scholarship may be discontinued.

The seats are divided in three categories. Categories are All India Quota (60%), State Quota (25%) and NRI (15%). All India Quota seats are filled by University. Separate registration on ITNU official website is done. The University releases list of selected students. Selection is based on Bachelor's or GATE merit score. State Quota seats are filled by ACPC. Candidates need to register and participate in counselling. It releases merit list of selected students based on GATE merit score.

The minimum aggregate required for admission is 50%. Candidate must have completed their BE/BTech from a recognised University. Bachelor degree should be in the same or related course as desired branch. Some courses also require GATE scores. The admissions are based on merit scores of students. Seats are allotted in counselling. The counselling is conducted in multiple rounds.

The admissions are based on GATE score. However, some courses like Civil Engineering, etc. do not require entrance exam. Admissions in such courses are based on BE/BTech scores. Seat allotment is done in multiple counselling rounds. Candidates can fill their preference while submitting application form. Minimum aggregate of 50% is required for admission.

The Institute of Technology, Nirma University offers BTech. It offers the course in seven branches. Some of the available branches are Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, CSE, etc. Admissions are done through ACPC and University official website. Accepted exam scores are JEE Main and GUJCET.

The course is offered in full-time mode for four-years. There are seven specialisations offered. Some of the offered courses are CSE, ME, AI & ML, Civil Engineering. Admissions in are based on GUJCET or JEE Main ranks. State Quota seats are allotted by ACPC. Seats under All India Quota and NRI Quota are allocated by University only. Registrations are to be done on respective websites.

The university offers numerous scholarships to students. Scholarships are based on merit rank. It is divided in three categories. The categories are Merit, Merit cum Means and Merit scholarship (full tuition fee waiver). Full tuition fee waiver is provided to students who secure top ranks in accepted exams like GUJCET/JEE Main. It also provides financial aid to students who are from economically weaker sections.
